Employee Accomplishments

GMY recognizes the importance and worth of our employees. By cultivating a friendly and supportive work environment, we enable more than 600 employees to maximize their personal worth and make contributions both to the company and society.

We establishing a postdoctoral research station, GMY has brought on board postdoctoral researchers to undertake specialized technical research projects aligned with our strategic objectives, which fortifies the foundation for GMY's professional advancement. Furthermore, we employ two master's researchers who delve deeply into their respective fields of expertise, fueling the propulsion of our technological innovation. Lastly, GMY adheres to legal and social ethical norms and does not employ child labor.
     
    At GMY, our employees support each other with kindness and professionalism. More than half of our employees became couples while working at GMY.
    We especially value the loyalty of more than 100 employees who have worked with us for over 10 years and have fostered our growth, while gaining deep experience in optical technology.
