At GMY, there is an employee who, through relentless effort and continuous learning, has evolved from a regular front-line operator to a technical backbone and department manager of the company. That person is Tianci Huang.

Starting from a solid foundation and advancing steadily.

In early spring 2003, Tianci Huang entered GMY as a regular operator. Thanks to his outstanding performance, within just six months, he was entrusted with significant responsibilities in a highly technical role. Under the meticulous guidance of Professors Weizhong Zhou  and Jiaye Pang  from Fudan University's Electroluminescent Sources Research Institute, Tianci Huang learned techniques such as gas discharge lamps and quartz glass processing. He not only mastered the core technologies of electroluminescent sources but also, through continuous practical experience, gradually built a solid technical knowledge base. Through self-analysis and reflection, Tianci Huang laid a solid foundation for product development and manufacturing, becoming a skilled glass technician and a key specialist in special light sources.

Diligent cultivation leads to fruitful achievements.

Over the years, Tianci Huang has led his team to delve deep into technological innovation, achieving numerous successes. In 2018, faced with urgent client demands for infrared lamp baking, he led the team to develop an infrared lamp with multiple advantages, garnering wide market acclaim. In 2021, tackling the technical challenge of extending the lifespan of excimer lamps, he and his team conducted repeated experiments and proposed innovative solutions, not only prolonging the excimer lamp's lifespan but also securing multiple practical patents, thus fortifying the company's technological prowess.

Recognition of his contributions.

Through relentless dedication, Tianci Huang's career has steadily progressed from grassroots management to department manager and crucial project participant. During this journey, he not only became a member of the Communist Party under the company's Party branch but also received numerous company and team honors, including awards such as Annual Growth Achiever, Best Lean Production Improvement Proposal Team, and Outstanding Employee. In 2020, focusing on the research and production of excimer lamps and related disinfection products, he successfully led the team in overcoming various technical challenges. He participated in key national R&D projects, accumulating profound technical and managerial experience through collaborations with universities. In 2024, he officially achieved the title of Intermediate Engineer in Light Industrial Electrical Appliances through examination. To date, Tianci Huang has contributed to 62 company patents, significantly broadening his technical horizons and enhancing the competitiveness of the company's products.

Looking ahead to the future, continuing innovation.

Tianci Huang is well aware that the road ahead is long, filled with both challenges and opportunities. He will continue to uphold the spirit of craftsmanship, persist in learning, courageously innovate, and tightly integrate theory with practice to contribute his expertise to the company's new product development and research. At the same time, he will lead his team to collectively confront industry changes and challenges, contributing more wisdom and effort to the company's development.
