On June 4, the 28th South China International Industrial Automation Exhibition officially opened at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. GMY (Booth No. 14G22) presented a series of 172nm excimer light application solutions, focusing on core process stages such as photocleaning, material surface activation, and TOC degradation in ultrapure water treatment. The exhibition demonstrated the implementation and application prospects of domestically produced 172nm excimer light sources in advanced manufacturing processes, attracting numerous enterprises, equipment manufacturers, and technical experts for onsite visits and exchanges.
On the first day of the exhibition, GMY’s booth saw strong visitor traffic. R&D managers and equipment engineers from various companies engaged in discussions, showing keen interest in the application of 172nm excimer light sources in critical process stages. In-depth exchanges focused on equipment adaptability, operational stability, and feasibility for mass production at different manufacturing stages.
Currently, core light source equipment in advanced manufacturing processes relies heavily on imports, facing challenges such as long lead times, high costs, and significant technical barriers. Drawing on years of expertise in light source R&D and customized production line equipment, GMY offers core light source components, modules, and equipment tailored to customer needs. These solutions cover the entire process from experimental validation to mass production, meeting diverse production requirements while achieving true import substitution with reliable performance, stable supply, and competitive value.
At this exhibition, GMY officially launched its 172nm MINI experimental module, designed for process validation, application development, and laboratory scenarios. Featuring a compact size, plug-and-play operation, and flexible handling, the module enables equipment manufacturers and R&D teams to quickly build experimental platforms and validate the performance of 172nm excimer light across various application scenarios. Its high efficiency and strong adaptability drew significant interest from R&D managers onsite.
To address the process requirements of advanced manufacturing, GMY showcased application solutions for 172nm excimer light in key areas including photocleaning, substrate surface activation, and ultrapure water TOC degradation. Based on proprietary 172nm excimer light source technology and customized modules, GMY helps bridge the domestic technological gap in this field, providing safer, more efficient lighting technology application solutions for advanced manufacturing enterprises, and supporting the industry’s efforts to enhance and strengthen supply chains for high-quality development.
The 28th South China International Industrial Automation Exhibition runs through June 6. GMY cordially invites industry professionals to visit Booth 14G22 for firsthand insights into the application performance and technical details of 172nm excimer light sources, and to jointly explore new possibilities for lighting technology in advanced manufacturing processes.
