The 172nm ultraviolet photocleaning solution leverages the photorecombination effect of organic compounds to remove organic materials adhered to surfaces. After photocleaning, the surface achieves "atomic cleanliness."
Applications: Cleaning of materials such as display substrates, semiconductor silicon wafers, integrated circuits, optical devices, LCDs, electronic paper, AR lenses, and micro-nano manufacturing.
The photocuring solution utilizes a high-energy 172nm excimer light source to achieve rapid material curing. Compared to traditional UV curing technology, this solution shortens curing time and allows for more precise control of surface functional curing, resulting in superior surface curing effects.
Applications: Curing of materials such as paint protection films, soft-touch panels, coating equipment, paper and packaging inks, furniture inks, automotive inks and related coatings, pigmented and clear coatings, PCB inks, adhesive coatings, and 3D printing.
172nm cleaning/curing module
The photomodification solution uses a 172nm excimer light source to modify material surfaces, enhancing properties such as hydrophilicity, corrosion resistance, or other characteristics.
Applications: Hydrophilic modification of dental implants, modification of battery materials, and surface modification of titanium, silicon wafers, aluminum foil, ITO glass substrates, and various plastic materials.

The TOC ultrapure water treatment solution uses high-energy 172nm excimer light to efficiently and quickly degrade total organic carbon (TOC) in water to ppb levels, meeting ultrapure water quality standards.
Applications: TOC removal in ultrapure water production, treatment of trace pollutants in drinking water, decomposition of pesticide residues, photocatalytic decolorization of textile dye wastewater, high-purity ozone generation, and more.
