GMY will present its 172nm excimer lamp series domestic substitution solutions at the exhibition. Industry peers, partners, and customers are warmly invited to visit GMY’s booth to explore innovative applications of lighting technology in advanced manufacturing.
Exhibition Information
C-TOUCH & DISPLAY SHENZHEN 2025
Date: October 28–30, 2025
Venue: Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao’an New Hall)
Booth No.: 14D174
The 172nm excimer light excites free radicals on the surface of organic materials. These radicals then combine with oxygen radicals to initiate oxidation reactions, efficiently decomposing organic substances into water and carbon dioxide. The process achieves atomic-level cleanliness.
Applications: Cleaning of display substrates, semiconductor silicon wafers, integrated circuits, optical components, LCDs, e-paper, AR glasses, and materials used in micro/nano manufacturing.
172nm Photocleaning Light & Module
The 172nm excimer light rapidly initiates polymerization reactions, ensuring firm ink adhesion and maintaining vibrant, long-lasting colors. The resulting surfaces offer a matte, smooth texture with anti-fingerprint properties.
Applications: Matte wood furniture, high-end matte car wraps, durable and stain-resistant soft-touch decorative materials (e.g., surface coatings of electronic devices), and printing and packaging (e.g., high-end paper boxes with vivid, long-lasting colors and wear resistance).
172nm Photocuring Light & Module
The 172nm excimer light effectively modifies the surface properties of materials, enhancing their hydrophilicity and adhesion characteristics.
Applications: Hydrophilic modification of dental implants, modification of battery materials, titanium, silicon wafers, aluminum foil, and ITO glass substrates.
172nm Photomodification Module
High-energy 172nm excimer light efficiently and rapidly degrades total organic carbon (TOC) in water to ppb levels, meeting ultrapure water quality standards.
Applications: TOC removal in ultrapure water production; treatment of trace organic pollutants in drinking water; degradation of pesticide residues; photocatalytic decolorization of textile dye wastewater; and generation of high-purity ozone.
172nm TOC Reduction Light & Module
The 172nm MINI experimental module is designed for process development, verification, and small-batch pilot production. Featuring a compact structure, easy deployment, mobility, and cost efficiency, it is suitable for various experimental environments and process validation needs.
Applications: Suitable for verifying processes such as surface organic contaminant removal, surface activation, and surface modification.
From October 28 to 30, we invite you to visit GMY’s booth at C-TOUCH & DISPLAY SHENZHEN 2025.
We look forward to engaging with you in person and exploring together the vast potential of lighting technology in advanced manufacturing.
